Install Sales Department Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is provided to all Install Customers from your store. They achieve this goal by supervising and providing training to Project Coordinator and Expeditor Associates within their departments. In addition they provide valuable input by working with their Specialty Department Supervisor business partners to help exceed their financial targets. In order to do their jobs effectively, they must have excellent customer service skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to lead and develop their associates and others. This is a GREAT role if you:

• Are able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Have 1 to 2 years experience as a supervisor
• Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people
• Have excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
• Have a strong work ethic, coupled with undeniable enthusiasm and energy.
• Possess the ability to thrive under pressure and have a strong attention to detail
