Role Level: RN - Clinical Patient Services (CPS04.2) - $29.04 - $40.65
MSW - Clinical Patient Services (CPS04) - $34.55 - $40.65
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or Master of Social Work Degree
- Membership with relevant professional college
- Minimum five years current Mental Health experience, in an out-patient mental health setting
- Knowledge or experience related to concurrent disorders preferred
- Experience with case co-ordination, counselling and group facilitation
- Expertise in evidence based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Dialectic Behavioural Therapy.
- Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Positive work and attendance record
Position Summary:
- Provide clinical assessment and evidence based treatment for adults experiencing major mental illness
- In partnership with clients and families/significant others and treatment team, develop, implement and evaluate overall treatment goals
- Educate and support families/significant others
- Consult with community agencies to maintain coordination in the client"s treatment process
